Sales & Customer Engagement Manager for Vitalvida Ltd (BSc, HND, OND)

Vacancies currently exist for sales and customer engagement managers in Lagos state at Vitalvida Tech Solutions.

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing calls to sell products to prospective customers or clients
• Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Influences potential customers to buy products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and price quotations
• Deal and resolve any customer complaints
• Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
• Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
• Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
• Follow up with customer to ensure sales target, follow up with logistics partner so that delivery of products and remittance is done on schedule and on time

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND with 1 – 3 years of experience.

Salary

N800,000 – N1,000,000 annually.
