Singapore / Central BD & Marketing – Business Growth and Operation

Remote – Full Time Employee

You will drive the establishment of NodeReal as the leading infrastructure provider of choice for crypto developers and projects of all sizes and growth stages. As a client-facing operations manager, you will be responsible for driving the experience of NodeReal products and services globally, and also owning the client onboarding experience including prospecting and engaging with the leading developers and companies in the space.



  • Develop clear ROI driven frameworks and processes to identify and prioritize opportunities across customers feedback and developer communities, to enable growth, improving acquisition, and funnel conversion.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and finding ways to improve campaigns/events and the sales process.
  • Partner cross-functionally with other teams, BDs, Marketing, Tech to execute on those growth opportunities.
  • Work with support and communicate with customers both pre and post-sales.
  • Continuously optimize the operational process to ensure that customer queries and engagement (related with prod integration, legal and compliance, finance, and more) are attended and followed up promptly.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams and inform product development.
  • Involves including refining and establishing processes to support our business’s evolving needs.
  • Respond and communicate quickly with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching scope : coach and onboarding of new ops members.



  • Greater than 2 years of experience in Growth or Operations roles, preferably at top B2C startups or Management Consulting.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Track record of solving complex problems, data driven process optimization, and building scalable processes.
  • Able to work independently but collaboratively across functions; comfortable with high growth and entrepreneurial environment. ??
  • Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • CRM experience including the configuration, development of dashboards and reports, and use this tool to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Understanding of the crypto/blockchain, Web3 knowledge is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and flexible hours based on business needs.
