We’re looking for a fantastic “can-do”, organised and responsive Administrator/Secretary who can work for 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) – between 9am and 6pm in the UK timezone.
A strong working knowledge – minimum 5 years experience working with Google suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides and Calendar) and minimum 5 years experience working with Jira is a must for this job along with 3 years + experience with Slack.
The role includes:
- Excellent command of written English and detailed proofreading and editing of company documents
- Forensic attention to detail – used for drafting letters, communications and contracts as required by the Company
- Implementing and managing systems and databases across the company and maintaining and organising company files and records
- Creating and disseminating office communications
- Managing company town hall meetings and delivering all required team communications
- Day-to-day administrative and diary support to the management team
- Managing HR Admin and record keeping for global team
- Posting jobs and managing application pipelines on a daily basis
- Scheduling and managing interviews and keep all pipelines updated daily
- General administrative, research and data entry assistance as required by the business
