BRAND MANAGER:

The successful candidates who will report to a Category Business Manager will develop and implement the entire marketing programme for his/her assigned product portfolio and will monitor the portfolio’s performance.

The Candidate Profile:
B.Sc./HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
Practical knowledge of marketing plan, development and execution.
Excellent communication. conceptual and creative skills.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on-experience in brand management in similar capacity with a reputable firm is mandatory.
Ability to establish and maintain good rapport with clients/agencies, while employing excellent negotiating skills to achiever results.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER:

The Candidate Profile:
B.Sc./HND in Electrical/Engineering.
3 to 5 years post-qualification cognate experience in Automation (PLC based process control preferably-with a Multi-national company, or System integrator).
Hands-on-experience in PLC programming (especially Allen Bradley with PLC5 & Controlling Platforms).
Good knowledge of SCADA (especially RS-Views & Intouch).
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with excellent analytical skills.
Good work breakdown structure approach & management.
Keen eye for details and ability to work independently
Ability to handle pressure.
Experience and knowledge in instrumentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER:

The job is based at our factory in Agbara, Ogun State and the successful candidate would join other experienced Engineers in Project and Maintenance management.

The Candidate Profile:
B.Sc./HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Project and Maintenance management
Good work breakdown structure approach and management.
Good communication and leadership skills

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERS:

The successful candidates would assist in providing variety of Human Resources services related to more than one area of specialisation such as recruitment, training and development, industrial relations, etc.

The Candidate Profile:
Minimum of Second Class Upper Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Law or any other discipline but with relevant experience.
good knowledge of Industrial Relations Practice and practical application of the Nigerian Labour Laws.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Human Resource Management.
Membership of CIPM will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is compulsory
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

NUTRITION DELEGATES:

The job involves, among other things, detailing health care profession on infant nutrition and serving as source of reliable-scientific information on nutrition to them.

The Candidate Profile:
Minimum of Second Class Upper Degree in Human Nutrition, Physiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, Home Economics, and Food science/HND (Upper Credit) in Food Technology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self motivated, innovative and capable of working with minimum supervision.
Attractive personality, good sense of organization and excellent interpersonal skills.
Possess valid driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (Attach copy
Cognate experience will be an added advantage.

BRAND SPECIALIST.

Minimum of Second class Upper Degree preferably in Social Science, Humanities or Law.
2-3 years hands-on experience in brand management, marketing and advertising with a reputable firm.

DISTRICT SALES REPRESENTATIVES:
The successful candidates will join our vibrant team of multi-disciplinary sales force, currently spread over the country, in ensuring greater penetration for our quality products.

The Candidate Profile:
Minimum of Second Class Upper Degree/HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
Proven flair for result oriented selling (previous sales experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use basic computer application is compulsory.
Ability to drive sales vans and possession of valid driving licence for an upward to two years is mandatory (photocopy of driving licence must accompany application).
Ability to speak two of Nigeria’s major languages will be an added advantage.

ASSISTANT CONSUMER SERVICE OFFICER:
The successful candidate would provide professional support in consumer promotions, support, consumer helpline and take actions on consumer queries.
In addition, the successful candidate would ensure the continuity of goodwill enjoyed by the company and promote better relations with consumers in line with the business objectives.

The Candidate Profile:
Minimum of Second class Upper Degree/HND (Upper Credit) in Human Nutrition,
Home Economics, Food Science or related courses.
Excellent communication skills.
Self motivated, innovative and capable of working with minimum supervision.
Amiable, energetic, organised with logical thought process and good interpersonal skills.

Possess valid driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (Attach copy) of driving licence to application).

YOUNG GRADUATES:
