We will like to warn all Latest Nigerian Jobs subscribers who use Interswitch ATM cards about a fraudulent email message that has been going round recently from scammers.
Recently we have been bombarded with several emails that appear to be from Interswitch asking us to Upgrade our ATM Security. Everything in the email looks real, even the website looks real but the truth is that this email is fraudulent and the link in it is fake. They only want to steal your ATM details so that they can wipe all the money in your account. Here’s a copy of the scam email. Please delete this email whenever you receive it:
Dear ATM Card User,
This is to hereby notify you of the recent Central Bank of Nigeria Directive to all banks to switch to the new and secured chip ATM cards. With this directive,all old ATM cards shall be inactivated.
With the new Cards,there shall be no more transaction charges when you use your ATM cards and it is more secured.go to the website below to register for your new card;
You are getting this mail because you have not updated.

Please, house be warned. There are different variants of this scam message so if you have received this email or any other one like this asking you to enter your ATM details and PIN or any other online banking information, please delete such email immediately and physically go to any branch of your bank to confirm what the email says.
