We are the market leader in the Flour Milling industry in Nigeria with experience spanning across 50 years. We are a conglomerate with extensive interests in the Food Sector – flour milling, pasta production; Agribusiness – fertilizer blending, mechanized farming; Logistics- Haulage fleet, Port Terminal Operations; Packaging- polypropylene sacks and flexi wrap production; Construction – properties, cement manufacturing and bulk cement bagging. We are expanding capacities and product/process lines in these sectors as well as extending frontiers into other sectors. We require the services of qualified! experienced and dynamic candidates with proven track record for the following positions in our Sales and Marketing Division of our Flour Business:-

  • National Sales Manager Ref: “NSM10”

    Duties:
    Report to the Marketing/Sales Direct. Manage sales force, across the country. Assign sales territories, set sales goals and take key leadership roles in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Inspire and motivate sales team, driving self and team towards achieving sales targets and profitability. Strong customer focus, play an integral part in the ‘management of key corporate accounts. Position requires extensive travel.

    QUALIFICATION: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma.
    5 O’ level credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
    Possession of professional marketing qualification or an MBA is an added advantage.

    EXPERIENCE: Minimum of twelve years in an FMCG environment, 5 of which must be in senior management level with responsibility for pan Nigeria operations. Working knowledge of an ERP environment will be an added advantage

    THE PERSON: Proactive, resourceful, with proven integrity, self motivated, target driven individual with good team leadership and coordination skills. Successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Product Managers Ref: “PDM 09”

    Report to the Group Marketing Manager. Manage the development and growth of a range of products, encompassing both existing product lines and new product development activities by effective implementation of the agreed annual marketing plan and within the context of the company’s overall goals and objectives.

    QUALIFICATION: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree and 5 0’ level credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.

    EXPERIENCE:
    Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in brand/product management in a disciplined marketing environment (FMCG preferably).
    THE PERSON: Highly imaginative, creative and focused on results with demonstrable knowledge and notable achievement in brand management in any FMCG

  • Customer Relation Manager Ref: “CRM 10”

    Responsible for building and sustaining long lasting relationships with customers, handling customer complaints, training and managing of customer service team members and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Participate in the planning and execution of customer events. Ensure that detailed and structured processes in handling customers are delivered.

    QUALIFICATION: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma.
    5 0? leve1 credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.

    EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a high volume sales and ERP environment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate ability to maintain records and documentation.

    THE PERSON:
    Calm, amiable and empathetic individual with good communication and coordination skills. Successful candidate must also possess good listening skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Network Support Office
    QUALIFICATION:
    First degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
    Five 0? level credits including. English and Mathematics. Possession of any of CCNA, MCP, MCSE, CCNP, and MCSA

    EXPERIENCE: At least two-year experience in assembling, repairing and servicing hardware in a network environment, Good knowledge of windows 2000, 2003, 2007, XP and Vista is essential.
