ARM seeks a Junior Project Manager to support operations for the Lagos Lagoon Highway Limited (LLHL) project. This public-private partnership aims to develop critical transportation infrastructure in Lagos.

As Junior Project Manager, you will:

– Support preparation of project workplans, agreements, and budgets
– Track detailed workplans and ensure delivery timelines are met
– Verify and post disbursement requests, expenditure reports, and documentation
– Prepare and submit timely reports to stakeholders
– Maintain information flow between stakeholders
– Manage administration and communications for the LLHL PPP
– Coordinate between promoters, government entities, and partners
– Oversee project documentation
– Write periodic project updates and reports
– Support the project steering committee and senior team
– Contribute to achieving critical milestones like concession agreement, financial closure, and project execution

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field
– 3-5 years experience in infrastructure project delivery
– Experience working with government entities on Nigerian infrastructure
– Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
