Reporting to Customer care team lead
To work within a team to provide support through all aspects of servicing and maintaining existing and new supplier accounts
Quality checking of questionnaire submitted
Main point of contact for resolving customer problems, updating records using in house application and relating to customers via phone, email letter or fax
Creating and sending logon details to users
Carrying out other tasks to progress customer data from application to full registration
Accuracy and close attention to detail
Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning
Logical thought and good listening skills
Be numerate and literate
Confident and pleasant manner when speaking to customers
